By using our website, you grant us permission to share with Squarespace–our website analytics provider, to learn about site traffic and activity.

Comments 

When visitors leave comments or “like” other comments, we collect data for the functionality of the form and website. The information collected is information about your browser, network and device, details about the web page or content you shared or proposed to share and your IP address. These are for your convenience so that you don’t have to repeat the process for future comments. These cookies can last up to two years. Visitor comments are monitored through an automated spam detection service. These third-parties have access to your data as noted within this agreement.

Squarespace Shop and Cart

If you make a purchase through our shop, we may collect some of your personal information, so we can send you an invoiced receipt of your order. We may collect your billing and shipping address, email address, name, and phone number so we may fulfill your order, or contact you if there is anything wrong with your purchase. Cookies will expire after three years and are shared with Squarespace for functionality as they are our web host provider. We will email you information about your order when you make a purchase, you cannot opt-out of these emails. 

In our shop, we comply with Squarespace Payments. They partner with the following third-party service payment solutions, who will also receive your personal information to ensure safe online transactions. If you’ve abandoned your cart, Squarespace will send you an automated email within 24 hours if you have entered your email address at checkout or are logged into your customer account. They may also email you if you've added an in-stock product to your shopping cart or you’ve left the browser without completing your purchase. You can unsubscribe at the bottom of the email and the cookies will expire after two weeks. 

Invoicing, Subscriptions, and Payments

We use Squarespace’s payment processing as we mentioned above; all of those same terms apply to invoices, subscriptions, and any and all other payments made through our website. We also enable you to use PayPal as your payment provider; you can view their full privacy policy here. By making any purchase through our website, you therefore agree to these policies.

Email Marketer 

This website uses Kit to connect with subscribers and send promotions; cookies may be collected. By subscribing, you agree to receive newsletters, updates, messages, and promotional emails related to this website. Our Newsletter, or any digital sign-up form is hosted with Kit, who stores your email address to send future emails, promotions, and information through. You can view their privacy policy here. Please "Unsubscribe" if you no longer wish to receive any emails from us. And we will comply with your wishes to no longer receive information from this website. As for third-parties, we have no control, so please communicate with said party if any emails are sent to you after you’ve “unsubscribed”.
