Serena M. is a writer, book coach, fiction editor, and a film producer. She began her career as a journalist, writing for a magazine which showcased artists, entrepreneurs, and events around the town. All the while, her heart yearned for storytelling. She started a book and writing blog, learning the fundamentals of the craft. Today, Serena utilizes those skills to create her own stories, as well as help other writers hone their various literary endeavors through her business, Humming Hearts Publishing LLC.

J. specializes in acrylic, with an emphasis on portraits. Although, he’s worked with various mediums, those of his which include: watercolor and digital graphic design. To name a few projects, he’s designed our logo, the hummingbird on the “Just Write” planner, and “A Stable Home” book cover.

Serena’s fascination for stories blossomed in adolescence—books were the remedy to life’s overgrown weeds. Now, she’s on a mission to give readers what stories always offered her: inspiration and connectivity.
She’s fulfilling that journey by writing her own fiction and helping authors hone the heartbeat in their stories.
